As Director of Research, David leads the data team with his extensive knowledge and experience in multi-cultural market research to enhance OHPI’s mission of delivering accurate, digestible data and actionable insights to key stakeholders and decision-makers. An advocate for social justice, he is a frequent speaker on race and ethnicity. He has worked with some of the most successful companies in the US in developing innovative, profitable multicultural marketing strategies. A historian on the topic of race, Morse is an author of several books on Multicultural Intelligence. David has 30+ years in market research, brand management, and strategic planning in the US and Mexico. He holds a Master of International Management degree from Thunderbird specializing in Consumer Marketing with a focus on Latin America, a BA from the University of New Hampshire where he studied Psychology and Japanese Studies, and an MA from California State University in History. David is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with husband Jimmy and daughters Ruby and Sophia.
