ADRIANA ESEBERRE ARELLANO
Adriana is a critical member of the OHPI team as Assistant to the Chief of Research Mike Noble. Always on top of what is next, Adriana works diligently to keep the constantly changing schedule and tasks of Mike and the company organized, prioritized, and accounted for. While an undergrad at ASU, Adriana gained experience working for a non-partisan election group (Mi Familia Vota) as well as volunteering for International Rescue Committee where she was inspired to pursue her path in difference-making politics. Keeping up with internal, external, new, and familiar communications, Adriana is skilled in ensuring timely and urgent tasks are never missed. Adriana’s bias for action, transparency, and open-mindedness make her an instrumental team member who takes charge to accomplish tasks and reach goals.
Adriana was born in Sinaloa, Mexico and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where she was the first in her family to graduate from college. Adriana earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish Literature from Arizona State University in 2021.
