Chief Pollster and Managing Partner, Mike Noble, brings his nationally recognized survey methodology and services to OH Predictive Insights providing clients with tools to solve their most challenging problems. With leading professionals in the advertising, communication, polling and political arenas, OH Predictive Insights services clients from all different industries who are looking to improve their footing on key stakeholders and consumers.

In the 2016 election cycle, Mike essentially called every race within a stated margin of error. This included the presidential race (primary and general), Proposition 204/205 and the Maricopa County Sheriffs race.

Mike Noble

Chief Pollster & Managing Partner

Mike Noble is the Chief of Research & Managing Partner of OH Predictive Insights (OHPI), a subsidiary of one of Arizona’s leading advertising firms, OH Partners.

Noble handles all of the client presentations, public, and private speaking engagements as well as interviews with several news outlets; Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Politico, The Hill, The Guardian, Huffington Post, LA Times, local television stations, BBC World News, and local radio stations.

Noble has become known for having his pulse on what voters/Arizonans are thinking and therefore has become a reliable and unbiased source for business and government leaders. His data and analysis is void of rhetoric, rather it is an accurate assessment of “what is coming” before it actually occurs.

Noble was born in Milwaukee, WI although he grew up here in Arizona where he graduated from Arizona State University. He and his wife, Rebecca, have an adorable French Bulldog (Frenchie) named Charlotte.

Bettina Nava


Bettina Nava is a Partner at OH Predictive Insights as well as the Co-Founder and Owner of OH Strategic Communications. Nava spearheads focus groups and public communications for OH Predictive Insights. She has an extensive background in political and community strategic planning and implementation with an emphasis in communications and building coalitions around complex social issues.

Nava has served on numerous boards over the years, including Valley of the Sun United Way, Southwest Human Development, and Child’s Play. She currently serves on the board of the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and was named the 2012 “Woman of the Year.” Nava has served as the chamber’s public policy chair and also received the community service from Valle Del Sol in 2014.

Nava and her husband, Andy, reside in Phoenix with their three children. Nava holds degrees in journalism and religion from the University of Arizona.

Wes Gullet


Wes Gullett is the Chief Strategist at OH Predictive Insights, as well as the Chief Executive Officer of OH Strategic Communications. He leads the firm’s strategic planning projects, campaign management, and represents businesses and organizations engaged in public policy efforts. Gullett’s main focus is providing corporate and community leaders with strategic communications advice to accomplish their objectives.

Gullet pairs the actionable data with strategy, taking the clients goals and building a path for success at every turn. For the past 20 years, Gullett has directed a variety of strategic planning projects. He has provided strategic advice to the Arizona Supreme Court, the Arizona Cardinals, Salt River Project, University Medical Center, TGen, Competitive Arizona, Greater Phoenix Economic Council, and the cities of Surprise and Peoria, to name a few. Has also steered numerous public policy projects, including the successful passage of propositions 203 and 100.

Gullett is a native of Ottumwa, Iowa and attended the University of Iowa. He and his wife, former Arizona Representative Deb Gullett, have three children – Kelly, Katie, and Nikki – and live in Phoenix.

Matt Owens


Matt Owens is a Partner of OHPI and the Co-Founder of OH Partners. Owens is a passionate and dedicated marketer, he is always willing to expand to bounds of what the market feels is possible.

As Co-Founder, he is driven to deliver an organization that provides everything the team members and clients could dream of while driving the level of marketing sophistication of the local community upward. He is a past winner of the Advertising Man/Woman of the Year award, a tireless supporter of local charities and a proud Arizonan. His personal motto is “deal with honor, act with courage, refuse to fail”.

Scott Harkey


Scott Harkey leads one of the fastest growing Advertising & Public Relations firms in the Southwest United States. OH Partners has represented several prominent local, regional, and national advertisers.

As President and Chief Revenue Officer at OH Partners, Harkey leads marketing and strategy efforts for the agency’s robust account roster. His extensive experience in media, as well as traditional and digital marketing, uniquely qualify me to spearhead integration initiatives for brands on a local and national level. The Agency has been placed on Inc 500’s list for Fastest Growing Private Companies for the last 4 years in a row and as one of the top 100 fastest growing advertising agencies in the country.

Haylye Plaster

Director of Operations

Haylye Plaster is the head Project Manager at OH Predictive Insights. At OHPI, Plaster oversees the day to day operations as well as ensuring all client deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

Haylye Plaster was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Oklahoma Christian University and is Certified by the University of Arizona in Data Analytics and Visualization.
